Personal Training Sessions

Evolution Fitness & Results’ administers hour-long sessions built around your needs and fitness goals. Sessions incorporate muscle-specific weight training and high-intensity cardiovascular conditioning. This innovative training style allows you to achieve strength, muscle endurance, and a leaner physique.

Whether you're a fitness newbie or a seasoned athlete, our training sessions will kick your workout into high gear. No two sessions are alike, so you don't have to worry about boring, monotonous workouts. We take pride in the personalized and custom approach we have created for our clients.

Each session is by-appointment-only, but walk-ins are welcomed. At most, there are two trainers with their clients at once, and during off-peak hours clients may even have the studio to themselves, with only their trainer there to work with them.

Our initial consultation includes orientation and fitness assessment. Personal Training Sessions are $40 each, 3 for $100, or unlimited for $350. Virtual Training is also provided upon request at $20 a session. Meal Plans as well as Nutritional information are both included free of charge to ensure you have all of the tools necessary to reach your Fitness Goals.
