Coach Jameion Purdie

Hello, my name is Coach Jah, I’m from White Oak, North Carolina. I am a U.S. Marine vet and also ISSA certified. I’ve been training for 4 years now, and I must say I love every moment of it. Health and fitness has always been a major part of my life and being able to share that with others is a wonderful feeling. I’m a father of two beautiful kids who continue to be my motivation . I feel we all have a calling in this life, and helping others achieve their fitness goals, manage weight, and nutrition seems to be mine. I’m truly thankful and humbled for every opportunity that I have to make a positive impact on a someone’s life. I always tell people to embrace the fitness journey. You’ll have your good days as well as your bad days, but see it through and take pride knowing you’ve made the right decision and that becoming healthy.
